March Maddness

March so far has been a whirlwind of things happening. First thing is Dreamers and Readers in Dallas canceled. They canceled 3 weeks before the event. All of us were devastated. But that didn't keep us down. Now we all banded together and recouped what we could during that weekend. A few authors and influencers got together and created a fantastic event in two weeks. These are some amazing people! The new event was popping!

A couple of people even sold out which you gotta love to see. Met so many new people and had a lot of good food while there.

I also have another signing at the end of the month because I wasn't sure of the Dallas event, so I added a couple of others in case. So we have the Fantasy Book Festival at A Novel Idea Bookshop. I have never done a signing in an actual bookshop yet, so this will be a first.

The next one is in April for the Tulsa Lit Fest Book Fair! I had a few author friends who did this one last year and had a good time, so I thought this year I would join too.

I didn't even plan on some of these; they just pop up, and if I can make it, why not. Gotta take your shot sometimes. Things I have been working on for a while seem to come together, making things happen. I had my first newsletter cookie come out. If you haven't joined yet plese do so here . I am about halfway through book four in A Soul Saga. And then we have one more book. I am hoping to get both done before the end of this year.

Lately I have been writing in the mornings with a friend to get started first thing. I'm loving it and its keeping me focused. The writing and reader community continues to amaze me at every turn. Who else is loving the warmer weather?
