Spooky season is here!

I love all things spooky, so of course we are watching movies this Halloween season. What are some of your favorites?

The main thing I have moved my focus to is Legend of the Forest Audio book! We are in the thick of it I have chosen my narrator and she is so wonderful to work with. I am getting sucked back into the world and characters all over again. Hearing their voices being brought to life makes them feel even more real. I am thinking this will take a few months to get all the way set up but maybe have a holiday release. This is the first time doing something like this so it is a whole new experience and I am loving every minute of it.

My next signing even is tomorrow! We are so close I can taste it. Tastes like hot chocolate so yummy. Since looking local I have found a few around here that happen every year around the same time. So I will be trying to get in some of those. There is another one that happens in November at a local library so hopefully I will get to do that one again. This time I'm bringing a friend along since they love books and designing and are thinking of trying to break in to the book world scene.

Recently I went through a whole office revamp. It was much needed since I work in this room for a majority of my day. It felt cramped and clustered way too much. I have a standing desk that I wasn't using to its full potential and thought if the other desk was also a standing desk then I would use them both together more and how they are meant to. I also got a walking treadmill to help with it. Get some steps and walking in while writing and getting work done. The room has gone through a lot in the last couple of weeks I'm still working on getting it all put back together because I'm also working on a personal library project where I am scanning in each book I own so that was going on in tandem with it.

Book 4 is still percolating in the back of my mind. I will start putting words down to paper soon I just had to think out some last minute details in how I want it written. November will be a heavy writing month for sure and probably leading up to it. But for now I'm trying to still get my office fully done.
