Writing Update

We are back in it for Legend of the Forest. After doing a short story, we are back to the ending of this story. I have a few more scenes to write and then I think we will call a pause on Draft 1. Then, switching to editing my short story I am working on for Natasha. The ending scene is pretty much done just need a few descriptions added along with some talking. Towards the beginning of the book will be where I need to focus. In the prequel and chapter 1, we are changing and adding the chapter to show a bit more. There are a few notes of things I need to add to certain scenes, but most of those are done.

Since I was on vacation last weekend, I didn't get too much done author wise or writing wise. I mostly relaxed and did some reading. It was a book on writing, so that helped. I also worked on and finished a crochet project that I had been working on for a present. While on vacation, I went to a container store and got some storage for my business and things for my author events I will be going to. Of course I had to use it all when I got home so I put my bookmarks and stickers away in it along with some other things that I had purchased that I will need for the events. Soon you may be seeing me experimenting with Ads but first we must research.

With cleaning and moving things around, I am rethinking my office and how I have my personal books stored. I printed out all my books I had owned a couple of years ago and placed them in a plastic jar. My plan at the time was to pick one and read it or unhaul it, but I was more mood reading and working on series at that time, so it never seemed to fit. Well now, is the time!!!!! I haven't been reading too much lately other than other authors' stories to help them. Or I have started and not finished them. 💀 Well, now I am thinking it is a good time to bring this back. We will pick out of the jar a book to read and if I am not interested, we get rid of it. I am not giving myself a timeline to have this book read by I will just work on it in my free time,

not too much pressure.
