Man this month is just moving on by. We are already past the halfway point. Trying some new things marketing wise. Had a blitz go on the week before and I think it went pretty well. Got some good traction and eyes on it. Not stopping there of course. This one I planned on marketing a lot since I did my homework on it. Learned that from the other ones that you need to prepare for the marketing aspect even when you are writing the book. No one ever told me that before. Makes it ten times easier when you are doing it during the writing process though.
Had a good relaxing time away from the pups for a little while. It had been hectic lately so it was nice to get away and regroup. Now we are back and refreshed ready to get started at it again. I did read during the drive, though on the way back it took us through a windy road part that I couldn't read during because of the twists and turns. But I am almost done with the book. I have been meaning to read through it for a while now. Radiant Shadows by Melissa Marr. This one I've liked the most out of the Wicked Lovely books. So this one is for sure a keep, the others I'm still unsure of. I also just started the first Duskwalker book and man is it yummy.
I need to get back to the writing. Being busy has kept me from it. It doesn't help that as soon as work is over for my other half and I and after we do dinner and what not its feels late and ready for bedtime. This happens when his schedule changes it takes us a minute to get back to a system and figure out where and how things will get done. Its getting easier now that we have had a week or two though. Started reading through and doing some writing man does it feel good to get back to basics.
Alright I have put it off long enough, lets get back to the writing. Bye!!!!
